In addition, in independence, it is necessary to optimize village-owned enterprises. However, in reality, many villages still do not know how to optimize village-owned enterprises. The purpose of this study is to describe an initiation of coastal waste as a potential for village-owned enterprises, especially in Pengudang village, Bintan Regency, Kepulauan Riau which has a positive impact on supporting the economy as the village's original income. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach.
