<p>This community service activity aims to socialize the Berakit Village employees, Riau Islands Province, regarding strengthening the capacity of village institutions in the governance of village budget reporting. The expected impact factor is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village budget management. The socialization of strengthening the capacity of village officials involved several essential aspects: (1) directed and participatory planning; and (2) increasing knowledge and skills. At the same time, the method used is brainstorming to see the village officials' understanding of the governance of village budget reporting. The results of community service activities run according to a predetermined plan, participants in community service activities have a response and enthusiasm for socialization, and create changes in knowledge, attitudes and skills.</p>

<p class="AJCSAbstrak"><span lang="IN">This article aims to analyse the results of Community Service activities focused on strengthening the capacity of the South Toapaya Village apparatus in Bintan Regency to draft village legal products in line with regulatory harmonisation. The implementation method used a participatory training and project-based learning approach carried out through the stages of preparation, implementation, and post-activity. Data collection techniques included interviews, electronic questionnaires, and observation of activities. The results of the community service showed an increase in the village officials' understanding of the concept of village regulations, their ability to identify the community's potential and needs, and their technical skills in drafting village regulations. This activity also produced a Perdes design module, which the participants considered valid and practical. This program directly strengthened democratic, participatory, and locally based village governance.</span></p>
