The expected impact factor is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village budget management. The socialization of strengthening the capacity of village officials involved several essential aspects: (1) directed and participatory planning; and (2) increasing knowledge and skills. At the same time, the method used is brainstorming to see the village officials' understanding of the governance of village budget reporting. The implementation method used a participatory training and project-based learning approach carried out through the stages of preparation, implementation, and post-activity. Data collection techniques included interviews, electronic questionnaires, and observation of activities. The results of the community service showed an increase in the village officials' understanding of the concept of village regulations, their ability to identify the community's potential and needs, and their technical skills in drafting village regulations. This activity also produced a Perdes design module, which the participants considered valid and practical.
