The coastal community awareness education program on waste disposal in Tanjungpinang City aims to increase public knowledge. This program also aims to equip the community with technical skills through training on their role as agents of change who maintain cleanliness in the coastal ecosystem. This program provides the community with knowledge of the importance of protecting coastal habitat from marine debris pollution, which results from irresponsible community behavior. This activity was held on December 14, 2025, and was attended by 15 participants from communities residing in the coastal areas of Tanjungpinang City. This program has impacted the communities that participated in the education program by motivating them to be aware of the effects of litter on the marine environment. This activity contributes to strengthening the capacity, empowerment, and sustainability of coastal communities in protecting the marine ecosystem from the ecological impacts of marine debris.
Suyito SuyitoHaji MustaqimYessy Alvianti

This community service initiative focused on enhancing the civil servants’ capacity of the Berakit Village Government apparatus in Teluk Sebong Subdistrict, Bintan Regency, to effectively deliver online-based licensing services via a structured workshop methodology. Targeting 25 village officials, the program emphasized practical training on digital platforms such as the Online Single Submission (OSS) system and Village Information System (SIMDES), addressing gaps in digital literacy and administrative efficiency. Pre- and post-training evaluations revealed a 40% average improvement in participants' competencies, fostering greater transparency, speed, and accessibility in public services, aligning with national e-government mandates. Outcomes underscore the workshop's efficacy in bridging digital divides in rural governance, with sustained implementation poised to optimize local economic potentials like mangrove tourism and fisheries.
Wayu Eko YudiatmajaTri Samnuzulsari
