Help create efficiency and equity in providing public goods and services through a prioritization process. The research method used qualitative with literature review studies. Secondary data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques according to the concept of performance in public budgeting. The results show that performance is supported by good cooperation between community participation and stakeholder involvement in order to create good governance in public budgeting. In addition, it is also essential to supervise, monitor, and evaluate the budget to create quality government performance. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kapasitas kelembagaan para aktor yang terlibat dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Kota Taneman, Kepulauan Rantau. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap guru dan kepala sekolah, pejabat di Dinas Pendidikan dan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rendahnya kapasitas aktor-aktor pelaksana kebijakan Kurikulum 2013 telah menyulitkan pencapaian tujuan kurikulum 2013. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises in Riau Province in terms of monitoring the stability of prices for basic necessities is still not optimal. This is because the implementation of these monitoring activities is still not in accordance with the implementation technical instructions that have been set. This research used qualitative research methods on Padang Luai, Kuantan Singingi, Riau. The informants in this study were the village head of Luai, the director and treasurer of BUMDes. Data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the development of the BUMDes business unit has been carried out but there are still several obstacles faced by the BUMDes. It includes limited funds for developing new business units so that only two business units can be developed by BUMDes, namely the manufacture of compost and animal husbandry. However, it can be seen that in its implementation both units run smoothly. This research was conducted using a qualitative research method with a case study approach in Riau. The participants in this study were the village head of Koto Rajo and BUMDes’s staff taken using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. This study applied a qualitative descriptive research method. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were 7 informants. Theoretically, there is a debate about social capital leading to social relations. The debate relates to the conceptualization of social capital as concrete capital where individuals or groups can utilize social relations including values, social networks, and trust to obtain economic benefits and social benefits. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, this article aims to explain social capital as a theoretical concept. The presentation of the study shows that there is a relationship between social capital and inclusiveness and community empowerment, especially in the context of sustainable inclusive development. The informants in this study were the Tourism Office for Institutional Relations and Development, the Village Head of Koto Mesjid, the Director of Bumdes, Pokdarwis, the Koto Mesjid village community, and visitors of Kampung Patin. Data were collected using observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the village of Koto Mesjid held several programs with the formation of Pokdarwis creative economy training and culinary presentation. The management program in facilitating tourists also synergizes by providing good facilities and accommodation such as transportation, homestay, souvenirs, and processed food from catfish. In addition, in providing attractiveness, advertising is held in the form of banners, banners, and social media.
