Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of the public servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province and to determine the quality of registration and registration services for employment contracting agreements at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study applied a qualitative descriptive research method. The data were collected using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were 7 informants. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of the bureaucratic apparatus at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration is indicated by the existence of discipline and responsibility in carrying out work in this case related to the recording of contract work agreements that This is done so that the community or partners who take care of it obtain convenience and excellent service.
