Abstract

Capacity Building for Human Resources of Berakit Village Government, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency, in Conducting Online-Based Licensing Services Using the Workshop Method. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of human resources in Berakit Village Government, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency, to improve online-based licensing services. The implementation of digital licensing services is crucial to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accessibility for the community. However, challenges such as limited technical skills and understanding of digital systems among village officials hinder optimal service delivery. The activity was conducted using the workshop method, which included interactive training, hands-on practice, and simulations of online licensing processes. Participants were guided in operating digital platforms, filling out electronic forms, and understanding relevant regulations. The workshop also emphasized problem-solving through group discussions and case studies based on real scenarios in Berakit Village. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and technical skills in managing online licensing services. Feedback from participants indicated high satisfaction with the practical approach of the workshop. This activity contributes to the development of more efficient and transparent public services at the village level, supporting the government's digital transformation agenda.
