Pengembangan Kreativitas Kelompok Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dalam Pengelolaan Kripik Pisang Citra Rasa Jeruk Kalamansi

Abstract

The Family Welfare Empowerment Team or commonly known as PKK is a women's organization at a village and sub-district levels to educate women on various aspects of family welfare. A movement that grows from grassroots, with women as the driving force in building, fostering and forming families in order to establish family welfare as the smallest group unit in society. This community service has been running according to the plan that has been prepared. Partners follow each process enthusiastically, so it is very necessary to appreciate the spirit of the Taba Jambu Village PKK group, from the initial identification process, trials in producing, Banana Chips with Kalamansi Orange Flavor, to socialization and strengthening in product packaging strategies and P-IRT submissions. In each process, the Taba Jambu Village PKK group also contributes to sharing ideas and creativity in building this new product, which will later become a village-scale micro-business unit, then able to market its products to reach a wider audience. The support from the village government in the sustainability of the program is important, one of which is through action by placing this PKK activity into the annual village planning document, namely the Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes), as part of conducting village community development, so that it can be aligned to support the village head program, realizing community welfare through the development of local products into innovative village superior products.
