Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan kurikulum 2013. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan kapasitas kelembagaan para aktor yang terlibat dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di Kota Taneman, Kepulauan Rantau. Pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terhadap guru dan kepala sekolah, pejabat di Dinas Pendidikan dan Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rendahnya kapasitas aktor-aktor pelaksana kebijakan Kurikulum 2013 telah menyulitkan pencapaian tujuan kurikulum 2013. Implikasi teoritis, praktis, dan metodologis dari penelitian ini diuraikan lebih lanjut dalam artikel ini.
