Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implement the abolition of official vehicle assets belonging to the Pekanbaru City government and what are the inhibiting factors for implementing the abolition of official vehicle assets belonging to the Pekanbaru City government. This study used qualitative research methods with data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of the abolition of official vehicle assets belonging to the Pekanbaru City Government has gone well but has not been maximized. This is due to the inhibiting factors, namely weak document administration and the COVID-19 pandemic.
